Oooh, love this, Beth. I'm such a sucker for old buildings and foliage. Nice composition. :D

Yes, so well framed. Lovely shot.

Sometimes old dilapidated buildings can seem so forlorn, but I don't get this feeling from this photo. It seems like a happy building. Does that make any sense at all?

Lovely photo, Beth. Where did you take it?

Beth F 11/2/11, 6:32 AM

@Marny: This shot was taken in my little town, about a half-mile from my house.

Love that gorgeous, weathered wood - beautiful.

Very pretty! It reminds me of an old barn in my husband's hometown.

Nice shot - that building looks like a good storm would blow it right over!

Happy WW!

Beautiful shot. Love the old barn with the green surrounding it, a pretty setting that looks so historical.

Love this photo. The foliage around the barn really sets the tone, I think. Great picture today!

Great old building. I like the textures and lines of the frame. The green foliage adds contrast.

I love old buildings. I always wonder what stories those walls could tell.

Fabulous!! I love finding old buildings like this. They have so much character and seem to be places with stories to tell. This is wonderful. The foliage and the green lawn make the colors of the weathered wood richer.

Lisabella Russo 11/2/11, 5:04 PM

That's lovely. Also, the photo you used for your banner above is just gorgeous!

What a perfect fall capture. They just don't make them like that anymore and it's kinda sad really.
