Here's my Wordless Wednesday: MOMA Free Friday. Today is the last day to try to win a copy of Dash & Lily's Book of Dares in Readerbuzz's August Giveaway! Stop by.
That is the type of ride that my husband and daughter would love, but I on the other hand, would never strap myself into that one! I really like this picture!
That would make me sick, flat out. :) However, carnival rides are fun things to take pictures of, at night or during the day. I realize that I actually follow you on Twitter, so seeing that you commented on one of my posts made me smile. It's nice to see a familiar face, even if you don't recognize me. :) Anyway, I appreciate the comment and hope that you have a good day!
I like the feel of this one, it brings back great memories of childhood fairs.

Wow, it's been so long since I've been to a fair but your photo took me right back there! Where the rides are beautiful but the thought of getting on one terrifies me :-)

ReplyDeleteI played too. Mine are here and here.
Fabulous shot.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of such rides {I am a coward} they just shout summer, don't they?
ReplyDeleteI've lost the thrill of rides in my old age, though I am prone to going on a Tea Cup ride and spinning it furiously.
ReplyDeleteNice photo - reminds me of the days when I used to spend my evenings at the Live Stock show, taking photos on the midway.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!

ReplyDeleteI too stay away from rides -- that's why I was on the ground taking photos.

I'm a sucker for fair rides, even though I'm sure one of these days I'm going to die on one they are so rickety. Love this shot.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Your composition is great. Makes me want to go to the fair!
ReplyDeleteI love the fair at tonight and your photo captures it perfectly.

Cool! Reminds me of my county fair where I grew up. Or the amusement park near downtown...
ReplyDeleteNice! I love fairs.
ReplyDeleteThat is just the sort of ride I never go on! :) But it does look pretty.
ReplyDeleteso the shot of ice cream at the fair didn't take, but this pic of the wheel makes up for it!
ReplyDeleteGosh, it's been so long since I've been to a fair. Don't see many of them around the city. :(
