Oh very cool! I love detail photos like this.
What an interesting detail! Good photo find :)
That's so interesting! I love it when I notice little embellishments like that. Very cool.
It looks like a flower with an eye at the centre.
cool...you are the queen of the photos of small, unnoticed things.
At first I thought it was one of those Mexican Sun God things. I love how you find hidden things to photograph.
awesome photo! Mariposa's WW
Wow, it's almost scary to think of that on a pew. I wonder what it's supposed to mean.
Cool pew.
Great shot! I had to think for a minute about what it was that I was looking at!
Really cool, but kind of creepy, too.
A pew, eh? Someone wanted to make sure you had the feeling you were being watched.
Great photo! At first glance I too thought that was an eye. Very interesting detail.
Oh, you and your eye for details!
I ventured out in the cold with my camera today, thinking ´what would Beth Fish see here?´
Our camera does not allow me to zoom in in the same way as you do, but you have set a good example.
thats pretty interesting :) cool capture!
u may view mine here
You did really well with this photo.
*two thumbs up*
Great shot - isn't it an unusual find in a church pew? I'm thinking of the 'evil eye'!
I like that the sides are lit unequally.
Nice shot and great detail!
I so miss the details of older churches! Ours is quite new, and modern, and somehow, not quite as lovely as those in Europe. Also, when I last took my dog on a walk, he jerked the camera out of my hand into the snow where it broke, and now I have no way to post my photographs (until I buy a new one). I'm so sad...
The lines lead right into the photo, and the lighting is dramatic. Very nicely done!
Neat shot!
Pew detail? Wow. That is amazing.
I am sure, I would have been taken aback if I had seen it in real :)
I thought it was a bicycle spoke at first glance :0)
how unique-- Kaye—the road goes ever ever on
Very interesting sculpture!
Funky!
My first thought was that it was the metal part of a tire. Well, I was way off base.
Love it!!
Hi Beth, sorry for not visiting you any earlier. I finally settled down and slowly making progress in catching up on all my friends' blog updates.
That is one interesting and creative shot!
