Interesting signs!
That is so adorable! Who wouldn't want to go to the Katzen Cafe?
very interesting signs... love the color... i'm sure many passers by would be tempted to have a cup of coffee...
Lovely photo, I love Bremen :-)
I have just come here from Cathy´s blog - guess whom I met there - and my mail tell me you have just visited me LOL
Great old sign. Unfortunately most of the old shop & restaurant signs have disappeared from Copenhagen. Too many people seem to prefer modern neon signs & do not realize how wonderful these old ones are.
Dorte: I love the signs in the older parts of the older places in Europe. We rarely see such great signs in the United States.
I can just imagine the townb surrounding these signs as well.
P.S.
I gave you an award on my blog.

I love these type of signs.
If that poor little mouse only knew what was surrounding it! Great picture, as usual.
Love those!
Hi Beth,
I love that photo, it's so colorful!! Thanks for stopping by my place. Have a great day!!
Sherrie
I'd stop in to any one of these, and I'm not even a big cat fancier!
Nice shot!
Why aren't there lovely signs like that here, instead of the ugly awnings staring at me from across the street?
Very cool!
My DH brought back some interesting pictures of signs from his summer abroad, so I can definitely understand there are even more out there. :)
Today is my first effort at participating in Wordless Wednesday. http://cherryblossommj.blogspot.com/2009/03/wordless-wednesday.html
These are two great whimisical signs. It makes me want to stop in for a drink :)
Great photo, I love the way the colours in the signs really stands out against the black and white background.
WoW! So many characters!
Nice shot!
Makes me long for Kafee und Kuchen and the Cat Cafe! Then maybe buy some funny blue art at the shop next door.
By the way -- the picture on your header is so beautiful -- what town is that? It looks like the river walk in San Antonio, but I don't recall so many plants being there.
I am in love with the signs and the scrolling brackets that they hang from. There is nothing like that here. This makes me long to travel.
Cat lovers favorite hang-out place...cool! The other sigh is very interesting too.
Thanks for dropping by my site earlier!
My wife has mentioned Bremen many times. It's the site of some kind of play or something that's only put on every few years. I suppose we'll visit one day.
What a great picture!
Happy WW! Thanks for stopping by!
Oh would I like to be there! Happy WW...
Wonderful signs. Old world signs are so much more interesting than their modern counterparts.
Ahhh...now that's just cool! Happy WW!
Sehr gut. Those old signs are very cool.
That is one brave mouse on teh sign. And one brave restaurant owner to advertise his place with a mouse!
Cool signs! Thanks for visiting my photo blog. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
I love these signs. Somehow I have to visit Europe.
Very nice shot!
Ahhhh, I love Germany. I wanna go back to visit there again.
I just love signs that are unique. Beautiful photo!
I miss Europe...hope to visit again soon;) Love the shots.
